When you lift your vehicle you need to correct the castor angle to retain good handling.
There is a few ways to achieve this, Offset bushes, Castor plates or Radius arms.
Offset bushes limit flex and will cause radius arm mounts to crack over time.
Castor plates will roll the diff and cause the tie rod to foul on the radius arms.
Castor corrected radius arms are the right way to do it with no downsides other than cost.
